Positano, a real earthly paradise, a town that looks like a big nativity scene, develops vertically from the great beach in a complex overlapping of roads, alleys and shops that display very colourful clothes from world-renowned Moda Positano.
The big majolica-tiled dome of the parish church of Santa Maria Assunta stands out in the Positano centre. The Church hosts some precious works, such as some polychrome marble altars, just to name a few. The “Sirenuse” are located in front of it: four small islands nestled in the blue of the sea.
